Marenas Ocean View Apartment

Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $30 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. The construction next door is beyond our control, but your experience within our hotel remains our top priority. Thank you for choosing Marenas Beach Resort for your stay in Miami. Nice place for a short getaway
We stayed 4 nights/3days and really enjoyed our time. Location is great for restaurants, walks, and the beach. All service was very nice and with a smile. The apartment was as advertised, also on 25th floor with an amazing view from the balcony. There is construction next door for another two high-rise condos (from an inquiry all pre-sold). There is some noise, but was not a major impact.

My husband and I were looking to get away for New Year’s Eve. Easy to book and communicate. Location was good. Close to beach and restaurants. All walking distance. Overall this place worked for us. Carpet needs to be cleaned but other than that the condo was clean. Could have used a kitchens towels or paper. We made due with what we had.

Great location , friendly and helpful staff. The pool was under construction. The owner wasn’t easy to communicate with. Also, didn’t send us any information before our arrival.
