Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This property runs like a hotel without the facilities. There are no chairs available at the beach or the pool after 10 am. The elevators take 30 minutes between 10 am and 6 pm and stop on every floor which is ridiculous. The dryer broke twice. We had to buy our own dishes, pans, oven mitts, cutting board, utensils, plates, etc... there was nothing there!!!! No vacuum, no mop, no windex, no anything to keep the place clean! Asked repeatedly and nothing was brought. When I rent a place I expect some basics...
