The house is located in a residential area ideally for families and business traveler with a big office desk space .. close to major highways! South beach is about 20 minutes... Dolphin mall, Miami airport about 10 minutes ... Flórida international Universiy is 2 minutes away also Walmart target Ross Panera bread all walking distances...

Sets the standard above and beyond any vacation home.

Luis should teach classes on how to host. From the communication before we arrived to the moment we stepped foot into this amazing oasis of a home we felt like royalty. No detail was overlooked. This is honesty how stays in vacation homes should be. We travel at least 6 weeks a year and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend staying in this home.

Family Vacation

The best part of this house was the outdoor area. Ample outdoor seating in multiple areas, covered seating with the TV was great while it rained, grill and large counter area were good for entertaining while making dinner. Inside, the house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had every appliance you would need. The hosts were very accommodating, responded to messages immediately, supplied many toiletries and household items that most rentals do not. Overall, we were very happy with this house and wish we could have stayed longer!

Well kept property with a friendly and helpful host. My only complaint is we didn't want to leave the backyard to go explore the city! We'll be repeat guest most definitely.

We loved the home and the location. Quite and peaceful. My only recommendation would be side tables to set our glasses on while we sat and talked or watched the football games.
