NoMad Wynwood Studio Suite with Balcony & Rooftop Pool
- Make yourself at home in Wynwood at NoMad Residences. Spend the morning exploring colorful murals and cafés, unwind by the shared rooftop pool, then return to your designer studio suite with a balcony. Warm wood finishes and a plush sofa create a welcoming retreat, while a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy.
YOUR STUDIO
The entire open-plan studio is yours to enjoy. Sleeps up to four guests with one queen bed and one queen-size sofa bed in the same space. There is no separate bedroom. A spacious full bathroom completes the apartment.
ROOFTOP & BUILDING AMENITIES
Enjoy the building’s shared rooftop pool and gym, subject to building rules and operating hours. The gym is open 5 a.m.–11 p.m. The pool is open from sunrise to sunset; surrounding pool areas may be used until 11 p.m. Other amenities operate 8 a.m.–11 p.m.
BBQ access may require advance reservation and an additional fee or refundable deposit. Please check with the host before planning to use it.

Discover neighborhood murals, galleries, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife, then come back to your own comfortable space to recharge.
ARRIVAL
Check-in begins at 4 p.m.; checkout is by 11 a.m., unless we confirm a different time. All guests must be registered with the building before arrival and complete registration at the front desk. The front desk provides elevator access. First entry to the apartment requires coordination with your host for remote door opening. Your access fob will be waiting inside for use throughout your stay. Please share your estimated arrival time so we can coordinate a smooth welcome.
YOUR ACCESS FOB
Please keep your access fob safe and leave it inside the apartment at checkout. A $50 replacement cost may apply if it is lost or not returned.
PARKING
Paid visitor parking is available at $48 per 24 hours, with in-and-out access. Parking is included for stays of one month or longer.
