Perfect!

Thank you so much Lee! Me and my family had an amazing time at this place. Perfect location, close to everything (shops, beach, restaurants…), kitchen had everything we need and more, communication was easy and fast. I will definitely stay there next time I’m om Miami.

I loved this spot! It was super cute, close to the beach, and had all the amenities I needed. I will say the only downfall was the noise, there are clubs to both sides of the building, so it can be loud, but I adjusted well (but I also grew up near train tracks). Loved. that there was a dishwasher as well!

Lee was a great host. I reached out to him upon arrival and he responded promptly to my questions and did a follow-up later to make sure all was well. The room was nice and tidy. However the bathtub could use some TLC (replace it and check the drainage for the flow of water). The location is in the club district and the noise is loud, bring your earplugs so you can get some sleep. You are surrounded by restaurants and shops which was great. Lee accommodates you for the beach with towels, chairs and umbrellas which was a strong plus! I was in town for a film festival so I wasn't in the room a lot, but the time I was in the room was good except for the loud music at night.

Location at its best!!!

Had a wonderful time exploring South Beach. Room was clean and functional. No view from the windows but we didn’t mind. All in all great rate for this spot. Recommend

In the Middle of It All

The property is on Ocean Drive, right on the beach. For rockin teenagers and partiers this place is in the heart of South Beach. Great vibe, air conditioning is perfect, on top of bars and restaurants and all the night action. Lee, the owner is 24/7, friendly and there for you. Come to party, it’s the place.

Right in the heart of the action!

Quaint studio apartment right on Ocean Drive, steps from the beach. No vehicle needed, walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Note: you are above a restaurant that turns into a nightclub and is open until 4 or 5am. The owner Lee is awesome as is Alex, they respond right away to any questions or concerns.

Located on Ocean Drive, this accommodation boasts an excellent location for those seeking to immerse themselves in the vibrant party atmosphere of the area. It's important to note that due to the proximity of numerous clubs, this may not be the ideal choice for guests seeking a quiet retreat for restful sleep. The management team is commendable for their responsiveness. However, guests should be prepared for the possibility of encountering cockroaches within the unit. Aside from this issue, the overall experience is satisfactory.

Enjoyed my stay

The place is very clean and also have everything you need. We were happy that we had two beach, chairs and umbrella to go to the beach and the place is in a wonderful location. Definitely will stay again.

Super cute home!

We loved our stay at Lee’s home. It was clean & spacious enough for me & my two other friends. Place was close to the beach & a walkable distance to just about anything on Ocean Dr. Would definitely stay again!

Prime location

The location is right in the thick of South Beach night life, and right across the street from Muscle Beach and the beach access. The place isn’t big, but we didn’t spend much time in the actual apartment to where it made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again.

Best Location in South Beach

Can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of South Beach. Across the street from the beach and the art deco museum. Unit has umbrella and beach chairs, which can save you $40 per day. Process was easy. Owner was responsive.

A Nice Little Apartment

It was a nice decent apartment for a short get-away. The place was clean and Mr Lee and his staff were responsive. There wasn’t a need for a car. A lot of the places were within walking distance. The only downside is probably the elevator broke down but it wasn’t a huge deal breaker since it was one flight of stair for where the apartment was at.

Sobe retreat

Just what we needed.Only 2of us.Had 2 comfy beds. full kitchen which we barely used but nice to have.Nice hot shower.We werent in the unit much so had all we could ask for ,sleep and shower. SO much to do in walking distance.We did get a rental to venture out for a few personal reasons and parking garages rates could of been lower but its Sobe.

Wonderful!!

This is the place you want to be. If you are ok with some music playing at night then there won’t be any problem. The place was clean and a perfect size for a small family. Communication was not only with the owner but with his assistant as well. They responded to any questions I had immediately either by email, text or phone call. They were on point. I will be definitely be booking with lee again.

Lo que mas destaco es la ubicación pero sobre la excelente comunicación con Lee y Fernanda. Tuvimos un problema con el TV y al otro día lo reemplazaron con uno nuevo! Del ruido que llega desde afuera no podemos decir nada porque ya lo sabíamos. Tienen equipo de playa y te dejan toallas extras Lo negativo: las fotos no reflejan la realidad del departamento. El piso del departamento se está hundiendo, en la cocina es donde mas se nota (se lo hicimos saber a Fernanda), para que tengan una idea, en el ambiente principal había un escritorio que lo tuvimos que poner al revés para que no se abrieran los cajones por el desnivel que provoca lo hundido (también destaco lo del escritorio porque por los cajones solo es util para una sola persona, cuando en la foto se muestra una mesa en la que pueden sentarse 2 personas). Una de las persianas americanas del dormitorio no abren ni cierran y las cortinas de tela no cubren el ancho de las ventanas!!! por lo que la claridad del día se filtra enseguida. El colchón tenía una cobertura de plástico que es incómodo, uno se mueve y parece que estuviera recostado sobre una bolsa. Le hace falta una renovación completa urgente tanto en la estructura como en el mobiliario!! Vuelvo a mencionar la destacada atención que tuvimos con el anfitrión, que ante un error nuestro con el código de entrada hasta nos hizo una videollamada para poder solucionar el problema.

Vacances à Miami Beach

Très bien placé pour aller à la plage et pour toutes les commodiés. Trop bouillant pour une famille. Ne comptez pas dormir avant 3 heures du matin. Les logements se trouvent au dessus de restaurants avec ambiance musicale cubaine.

The tv from the last guest that stayed had everything in Spanish could not change it to English even in the settings menu it would not work had to call the property owner he finally got some one over about 3 pm that day after placing the call the night before also no hot water fiund out you had to let it run for like 5 minutes there was a roach on the floor emailed the owner he was a smarty pants about it and also did nothing I asked for an exterminator he said one had already been out and he had to wait 2 more weeks before another could come out the noise didn’t bother me that was to be expected considering where I was also the was sure how to access the room it wasn’t like your regular Combination on a door you has to hit the buttons twice somthing not normally done prior to that I had to use the key that was attached on the other side of the door which was in a lock box and I did and the cover to the lock box would not go back on so the guy who came out for the tv and the hot water fixed it all I can say is never again Wasted my money

Review

The check in process was easy, communication was great, he gave pictures of exactly where to go. The apartment it self had what we needed, a basic place to stay, small but we didn't plan to stay inside long. It is located above a restaurant/bar so it is loud at night, we didn't mind that because it is at a great location plenty to do within walking distance. The downside was the cleanliness, it was very dusty. There was dust coming from the furnace closet and on the ceiling. Both of our allergies were acting up. Also, the grout and tile could some some attention.
