Beautiful place

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was just as pictured but needed a few minor repairs (nothing major). The staff was very helpful and polite. The only complaint that I have is that valet parking is REQUIRED and it cost me $50.00 plus tip to park for 1 night. That was very surprising considering the price of the room. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Terrible stay

No AC for 3 nights and 4 days in the summer in Miami. The beds were all coils and no padding. The hotel didn’t have towels for 4 days in to our stay. The kitchen is not well stocked. There was one knife. No trash bags. Dirty mildewed towels on the balcony outside window, shower flooded the floor when used, full of mildew in bathroom by shower, shower needs to be refinished asap! Needs maintenance, pictures do not reflect place. The hotel check in was not efficient and the people do not speak English.
