The One Hotel is an amazing property with excellent staff and amenities. The on property restaurants along with its proximity to the rest of South Beach is perfect. The property is kid and pet friendly. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Our Best Vacation So Far!

This has been our best vacation so far! Having booked a 1 hotel residence through Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was the best choice we made. We paid a lot less than a hotel guest and yet had access to all the hotel amenities. We were well taken care of and will definitely come back very soon!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This apartment was great for our family vacation, the property is big and has great amentities. Management was also very professional and responsive. My only complaint is the AC was not working in one of the rooms and a bed was broken in the master bedroom which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We notified management and they said they would fix it but unfortunately they never did.

This apartment is located in the 1 Hotel, which I realized it's next to everything you may want and need in South Beach. We paid a reasonable and way lower price than booking directly with the hotel and still had access to all the amenities. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Property

The 1hotel and property are amazing. Unfortunately, the management company of the vrbo unit was not transparent and forthright about the ongoing constructions on the 9th floor. They did not respond nor help at all. Huge disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful serene property. It’s a calm relaxing place in the middle of South Beach. Have rented before and absolutely love it here. My guests loved it as well. Staff, restaurants, drinks are amazing. Highly recommend. One thing to note... the bathrooms need more lighting! They are very dark for putting on make up. I have noticed this before when I have stayed here. Should be an easy fix.
