I cannot recommend this property.
The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night.
After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. He banged on multiple doors, repeatedly knocked on mine, shouted insults and slurs, and repeatedly threatened to harm whoever had reported him. I immediately informed the hosts that I no longer felt safe.
The hosts initially messaged me saying they were on their way to ask him to leave. However, after speaking with him, they allowed him to stay and told me to lock my door because he would be leaving the next morning. It appeared that he was a regular guest, and despite what had happened, he was allowed to remain. The noise continued until around 3 a.m. and started again around 5 a.m. and 8 a.m.
The next morning, I discovered that all of my groceries had been thrown away. I had heard the same guest angrily yelling from the kitchen while this happened, so I reported it to the hosts. They denied that it could have happened.
Although the guest ultimately did not extend his stay, I had overheard him discussing the possibility, and after everything that had happened, I did not feel safe taking that risk. I checked out early, paid for another hotel myself, and my request for a refund for the unused night was denied.
Overall, I felt unsafe, unsupported, and disappointed.
