Walking to the beach is about 1 mile. It is better to leave the car in parking lot and walk. The manage group is great and the room is clear and bright. They are doing their best to prepare for every customer.

Great location. Felt safe in the area. There's food n stores within walking distance. Room had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Staff was very responsive if we needed something. Room was not bad. Appreciated having a seperate seating area and a table to eat at. But some things do need updating. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The pictures was beautiful when I booked my trip . Once I enter the apartment it smelled wet like mildew. I immediately called the owner and he was very confrontational. The table in the dining room was dirty. The floors were dirty and we only had two face towels, two bath towels and one and a half rolls of tissue and a half of things of paper towel. For a 4 day stay . I had to go purchase cleaning supplies also toiletry for my stay. The AC will get from warm to cold throughout the day the good part of it it was pots and plates and silverware.

I place itself was fine however having one towel and one wash cloth for 3 days is ridiculous and nasty. Spoke to the landlord who says he changes them every 7 days is insane. Then he promised to bring clean towels ovet the ne:t dsy which he didn't. Unless you are dirty and don't mind this then the pla e id for you. Myself never will I stay there again. I definitely won't recommend it..

The property smelled like mildew, sheets constantly felt wet. The vents did not work for the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was so small with 2 twin beds that you could not even open the door the whole way. Rusty metal pipes in the bathroom holding towels. Outlet in the bathroom did not work, toilet seat cover was loose and slid. Closest overnight parking was 4 blocks away.

Upstairs ruined our experience

The actual place & location was not too bad but be aware that you have to look for parking elsewhere. The first night we were kept up by the EXTREMELY noisy people upstairs. It sounded like they were fighting & slamming themselves onto the ground multiple times until 4am . I let the host know & he said he would talk to them. The next night it was quiet but our 3rd night they played a screaming recording on full blast until about 7am. That’s just unacceptable, we had a long drive ahead of us & didn’t get a good night sleep because of this unfixed issue.
