Welcome to this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with stunning ocean views on penthouse level (unit contains air mattress). Get ready to feel at home in a nice clean comfortable building with many things to offer.

It is located in the heart of Brickell Key, walking distance from Brickell City Center, American Airlines Arena, Miami-Dade College. Perfect for a couple or family. The Club is located only 4 miles from the Port of Miami, 7.5 miles from the Miami International Airport, and 28 miles from the Ft Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The bay and city views are simply breathtaking. It is a tropical oasis of waterfront elegance.

There is also an air mattress available if needed in the living room. The master and guest bedrooms feature stunning panoramic water views. The bathroom has a tb, modern large shower and a large walk in closet. You will feel at home and remain in tranquility with the stunning views. The building has a great location.
