Highly recommended.

Perfect place

I rented this condo for my family. A family of 5 people. The condo was beautiful, big and modern (the pictures don’t do it justice). The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to everything, the best spot possible. We had an unforgettable vacation there. I totally recommend this place.

Great location for beach access but condo could use some upgrades

The good, the bad and the ugly

We loved the location and loved the front desk staff person named Alex. The bed in the main bedroom was wonderful. Best sleep while one vacation ever. The location was semi quiet.

Needs maintenance and repair, friendly owner, third party management decent

Could be amazing if tended to with repairs of oven/bathtub/air conditioning condensation issues/general updates and maintenance. Was greeted with very dirty kitchen sink but communication was prompt. Excellent location.

South Beach

The condo was very nice. Modern, open floor plan with plenty of light from the floor to ceiling windows. Wraparound balconies were awesome as was the location in the middle of South Beach. Walking distance to everything.

Very nice place

Place is huge! A lot of area and balcony space. Location is great. What I didn’t like was while we were sleeping, my sister got woken up by water dripping on her face! The spotlight above the bed was leaking. The sheets were wet and we had to move the bed away. I texted this to them but no one ever came to help or fix the problem. We had to deal with the dripping. They never even asked if it stopped or followed up. HUGE Fire hazzard.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Highly recommend this condo. We really liked everything about it. It is spacious and clean and the location was absolutely perfect at the corner of Ocean Drive and 5th. We were pleasantly surprised at the ocean view and loved the convenience of great pizza and ice cream downstairs! The beach access is right across the street. We rented lounge chairs and a cabana for a day and thought the pricing was reasonable. There are tons of dining options all within walking distance. We did have a little trouble with the hot water heater but a text message to Vacasa guest services received a quick reply and the issue was resolved. One thing we found lacking in the condo was towel bars in the bathrooms. There aren’t any and with a family of 5, we ended up needing to get creative about hanging shower towels to dry on the tops of doors and on the back of chairs. Not ideal but also not a deal breaker. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location (with issues)

Our stay at this condo had its share of ups and downs. The views from the two balconies were stunning, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, local attractions, and dining options. The rooftop pool was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the views. The condo itself was spacious, providing ample space for our group. The living areas were comfortable, making it a pleasant place to unwind. However, there were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. Upon arrival, we found that the stove top didn’t work, and a Black and Decker plug-in stove top was placed on the counter as a temporary solution. The ice machine in the freezer was also non-functional, and one of the lock knobs on a balcony door kept falling off. Additionally, the fan in the master bathroom needed replacement. I reported these issues, and while the maintenance person was pleasant and fixed the door knob and stove top, parts for the fan and ice machine needed to be ordered, so the problems persisted throughout our stay. Another frustration was with the late checkout policy. Although offered via email for a small fee, we found out the next morning that it was available only for a limited time, which wasn’t clearly communicated. Had everything been in working order upon our arrival and the late checkout been more accessible, this condo could easily have been a 10 out of 10. Despite these inconveniences, the views, location, and spaciousness still made it a worthwhile stay.

Awesome condo and area

We loved the condo and the location could not be more perfect (I couldn't believe how lucky we were to have such an amazing place). The balconies are amazing to take your coffee in the morning or have a nice cocktail at night. The rooms are large and clean. Note that it is important to buy laundry and dishwasher detergent as they didn't have any (but not a major issue as there is a CVS next door). The building was very calm, at some points if felt as if we were the only ones there (but I could see lights in other condos). Even though the building is on a very busy street, we didn't hear any noise that kept us from sleeping in! I would definitely return! The only negative point was at the check-in. We had to pick up our keys at the hotel next door. We were happy that the man at the registration offered to keep our luggage as we were a little early. As we were bringing several of our suitcases in, my 16 yo boy was helping. At one point, when I came back in with more bags, the man at the reception desk was yelling at him to the point that my son had tears in his eyes. The hotel had some cigars available for sale and my son had asked if he could buy one for his step father who was outside. While I understand that he could not, given his age, I don't believe it required the man at the registration desk to hell at him that much. While I know that the condo is not the hotel next door, it did give me an uneasy feeling about the professionalism and about our stay in general.

Wonderful stay! Fit 6 people just fine with plenty of room to stretch out. 2 spacious balconies also! Great location, close to beach and so many fun things to see and do on ocean drive. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and open late for a good bite to eat most any time of day. The gelato shop next door is delicious also! The building is so safe and well kept. We felt we were the only only ones there for the most part. Everything was perfect! We loved it so much. Also the pool is so nice!

Ocean Drive

The property was a repeat for us. I wish the pool did not have caution tape. And I wish the property had more sheets and blankets. But other than that the property was in a great location and easy to maneuver. Would stay there again.
