NO AC AND REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING

How can a person stay in Florida during the summer without air conditioning and a non-working refrigerator?22 days have passed an I still haven't received my refund.The owner of property didn't offer me a solution other than to say it was the weekend and he would see if someone would check the a/c and the refrigerator..... nobody showed up! STAY AWAY FROM STAY SOL
