Nice rooms. For Downtown Worldcenter, parking is going to be very difficult due to construction. I suggest using Lyft, Uber, or a taxi if you don’t mind walking, as food and shopping options are available around the downtown area.

Too much construction around the area the view is not good. No parking next to the hotel you will have to park at a garage separate from the hotel a few blocks down. Not comfortable if traveling in car with slot of luggage’s and children.

Horrible experience, the hotel is not as advertised. Just one tv in the living room but no tv in the bedroom. We requested a tv and didn’t get it. It was also no ironing board and we requested that as well and didn’t get it. We were repeatedly lied to and we asked for the manager and was told the manager is not there and that they have no number for the manager. We was given a business card with no phone number on it just a name and email. We reached out via email and didn’t get a response. My nephew also cut his feet on the bottom of the pool and they act like they didn’t care. They said they would document it but the next morning staff says nothing was documented. Don’t waste your time with this place. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY.

In the middle of an area of build work so a bit intrusive but reflected in price we paid . Beautiful accomodation on 30th floor. To be fair we stayed 1 night and whilst we did hear morning lorries they were no louder than the aircraft noise on landing at MIA some 8 miles away. Would definitely use again

Room was fine but drab. Location was awful in a construction zone. No stores nearby. Did find a publix a food court and a post office. Do go to Casa Gianna a block or two left of the property. You’ll have to walk on the road but it’s worth it. Delicious dinner and courteous service.

Didn’t like my stay I wish the service was better the room was super small yes they provide you with everything like in the apartment the kitchen and stuff but you can see nobody uses that stuff the big minus was they had no table in the room so I couldn’t get my work done on computer was extremely uncomfortable to do all the work on the bed . This place needs a better front desk when you check in the guys didn’t explain much about the place and they charge you on your card for all the fees and accidentals right when you check in my transaction wasn’t pending it was charged which was something new ohhh yeah and if you wanna check out at 12pm noon not 11 am for extra hour you have to pay $35 also didn’t like the location was way too much construction around .
