Oceanfront property with absolutely stunning views of the Biscayne Bay, the Dinner and West Islands and the Dinner Key Marina. Wrap-around terrace to enjoy the views as well as the unobstructed sunset in this meticulously and luxuriously remodeled corner condo. One of the very best two bedroom condos in the building, by decoration and views.

Superbly furnished and uncommonly well equipped, with quality wood, and marble-imitating wood, with appliances by Gaggenau, SubZero, Miele and cabinets by Snaidero. It includes fridge, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, full-size washer & drier, toaster, juicer, and coffee maker, hairdryer.

Two bedrooms, each with gorgeous views (master with King bed, secondary with a king-size bed too.
Both feature their own full baths and cable Smart TVs so that you can use your own subscription to Netflix, Hulu, HBO...etc. Spacious living room leading to a large ‘L’ balcony facing both the ocean and the islands and the parks, with sunbeds. Real high-speed Internet connection and digital cable TV with plenty of channels.

Free covered parking in the same building. Pool and outdoor hot tub at the 8th floor with amazing views of the bay and with free towels provided there. Restaurant by the pool for your breakfast (not included), available daily from 7 to 11 am and lunch & dinner menus. Also, room service and dry cleaning services are available (not included in the price). Fitness Center with great views and squash courts., Business Center.

Beautiful location to spend a long weekend

Our family used this property for UMiami graduation. Such a beautiful stay in a perfect location. The patent was clean and large enough with a huge balcony. Plenty of space. Check in and check out process was easy and communication was great. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. I have stayed in many Miami properties (both houses and hotel units), and this was the best. The unit was very clean and very modern. We loved our experience. Great apartment and location!

We were in town for family weekend at the University of Miami with our two younger kids and the two bedroom apartment was perfect. It was a perfect location, close to campus and in downtown Coconut Grove. The views from the apartment are amazing and the pool area was great. The apartment is very well appointed and had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

Magical Miami sky and ocean views

My son and I loved living in this beautiful two bedroom-two bath condo while looking for apartments for him. We added extra days with no trouble. The restaurants are quick walks with delicious food. The representative who met us in the lobby to check in was friendly and helpful, even showing us where to park and toting a few bags to the condo! I hope to stay here again when visiting my son.
