Unique Coral Gables cottage

Stay in this little gem, with an urban mix feel, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques along Miracle Mile and Merrick Park. Walking to golf, tennis, supermarket and parks. Outdoor wonders such as the Venetian Pool, a coral rock quarry for swimming, and the Botanic Garden near Biscayne Bay. Home to the historic Biltmore Hotel from the 1920's. Only 2.5 miles from Miami Int Airport. About 15 minutes to Coconut Grove, 20 minutes to Brickell city Center and 15 minutes to South Miami.

I don't know what the winery has to do with anything. I was in a small apartment in Coral Gables, it was fine. It was a perfect location. The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress.Other than that, it was wonderful. I've stayed before.

Quiet , private and easy to work with manager. Property was decent. Location ok. I'm to the negatives altho it does say cottage on the listing the pictures are definitely very misleading. Unit is very small. Many things were just kind of run down. And my main thing was that this property was not very clean. The floors were sticky and other partyls were kind of dirty. Poorly upkept and cleaned to sayb the least

Unique area, walking distance 5 minutes to Roma Bakery Breakfast shop opens at 6am, famous Sedano supermarket, & Versalles, reputable pet friendly restaurants. Very very clean & up to date. Private parking. We WILL BE RETURNING.

Beautiful cottage in Coral Gables , very bright and modern .

Looking forward to coming back to unique cottage soon . I wanted to stay longer but booked late the rest of the week was completely booked up . Easy to park , lovely covered patio outside and loads of stores a few minutes walk away . The city beautiful Coral Gables is a short drive away great stores , restaurants and bars.

Nice and cozy place, super clean, easy checking with code, good Wi-Fi, chocolates, complimentary coffee and wine (it's a pity I don't drink), communication with Eva is super fluid and fast, very friendly and attentive. definitely recommended
