Waterfront Property with a resort style backyard and Heated Pool in Miami
- Unwind in this stunning resort style home situated on the water and centrally located in the heart of Kendall. The home features 3 bedrooms, an opulent master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, formal dining room, spacious family room with surround sound, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large inviting backyard is where you will spend the majority of your time. The pool can also be heated (for an additional daily fee of $40/day) during our "winter" months.
The home is located in a quiet residential area just minutes from the Florida Turnpike, 826 Palmetto and US1 providing easy access to popular shopping at Dadeland Mall. the Falls, and the Shoppes at Sunset Place. The home is 15 mins from the MIA airport; 25 mins from downtown Miami; 35 mins from Miami Beach.
