Large 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped condo on the best line of the building. Just take your towel and take the elevator down to the beach. High speed wireless internet and premium cable channels. Complex amenities include full gym, two pools, and convenience store.

King sized bed in the master bedroom with its own TV.
Second bedroom features two twin beds (no TV) and a computer.
Dining table seats 6. Living room features queen sized sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV. Fully stocked remodeled kitchen features microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, oven, range, and refrigerator.

Beautiful ocean front views/could use some updating
Stayed for a week with the wife and kids. Great area for family beach and pool were nice. Nice ocean views. Property could use a few updates but overall was a great spot.

Regrets
This was the third time at The Tides. The property needs major renovations as does the apartment. Unfortunately one of the garage is shut down and second one has waterfalls with slightest rain. Poolside loungers were broken and no one follows rules. The apartment itself was full of mold, rotten from rain damage. Shame with such beautiful views. And that picture beautiful kitchen is foolish from dishwasher not being able to open due positioning of fridge to other nuisances. I should really contact VRBO with pictures.

The property has a wonderful location with a magnificent view We had a very attentive host who responded to our every question immediately The property is in need of some minor repairs however, it does have a new kitchen which was very nice Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay

Misleading pictures
This property was not kept up with, there was loads of dust in the vents, leakage stains on the walls from the roof, mold all over, dusty and ripped up furniture, and smelled like mold as well. I would not recommend this stay to anyone else.

Father's Day at the beach
The unit itself had a few cosmetic flaws BUT the location and the views from the unit and its balcony MORE than made up for any cosmetic flaws. The views from the unit are truly SPECTACULAR. The property is generally clean and appeared safe/secure. Only steps from a beautiful beach. VALET PARKING IS BADLY NEEDED.

A deceiving dump
Props to the photographer bc the pics don’t show the holes in the ceiling, black mold on walls, ceilings, vents, peeling paint throughout, etc. every piece of furniture is broken or in bad condition. Door to the balcony is totally broken. The place is obviously highly neglected. Overall just gross. As soon as I inquired about the broken balcony door, the host stopped responding. The check in process was a headache dealing with parking permits and access to the building and only able to enter through certain doors with your luggage. Was easily the worst rental I have ever stayed in. Positives: nice view, right on the water, the area felt safe

Horrible
It should be a crime to rent a property in such poor condition. Stayed 1/14/2023 to 1/22. Presumably black mold on vents in spare bedroom. Decrepit tile in both showers . Likely mold as well . Tiny ants on the kitchen counter. Patio door completely broken. When we met you said is was difficult. Dust suggests had not worked for a long time . Living room door lock broken and would take hours to open. Crappy wall paint and cracks . Got what I paid - misrepresented property was a ripoff . Been busy but will get under this with on line rental agencies as well as Hollywood inspectors. You should be ashamed of yourself. This was a $1200 property rented for $3,000 plus I travel the world and stay in high and low end properties. This property was despicable for the money involved
