Location was great, chec- in was amazing and they were so nice. Pool area nice, but congested and people save seats even though they say you aren’t allowed to do so. Elevator wasn’t a problem for us. View was good, condo looked as expected but was a little run down. We had a nice vacation,

Quick stay with friends to see the Orange Bowl

4 Penn State came for 2 days to go to the Orange Bowl. The location was great because we wanted to stay on the beach. Checkin process was not smooth, they were running late, and we had trouble with the wrist bands. The condo had a few minor issues but the Vrbo property management was very responsive. We would stay here again!

This property is in a great location. I like everything about this property. The only thing that may need some work is on the front door, is a little difficult to open the front door. Other than that place is great.

A perfect getaway!

We visited from East Tennessee to attend an NFL game and had a great stay with Zen Vacation Rentals! The resort was top-notch with every amenity you could imagine! We really enjoyed the pool, the beach access, the valet service, and I was even able to enjoy a massage at the resort’s spa! Check-in and check-out were perfect! The beach bar was also very nice. The room was spotless and had everything we needed! The host is very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better time in Hollywood!

Great Location

Great Great location, beach front. The pool and staff were awesome. Our room 4 out of 5 mostly because the patio furniture was crap and not useable. The biggest problem with the facility was the elevator. Many people have responded to the lack of elevators and the time wasting waiting on the elevators. Most likely we won’t stay at this place again.

Oceanfront Stay

The photos of the property are accurate. This is a beautiful unit with an outstanding ocean and beachfront view. We enjoyed utilizing the beach lounge chairs and umbrella provided by the resort. We were able to take an Uber to the following: Loan Depot Stadium in Miami (30/40 minutes), Gulfstream Park (10 min), and Hollywood Boardwalk (5 min). We were extremely satisfied with our stay. A few things to nitpick but would stay again if going to that area.

Very spacious and room for 4 to 6 comfortably. Great location on low floor...needed due to slow and scareceness of elevators. Noisy room, lots of banging. Outside was like a speedway for yahoos to rev their motorcycles and fast cars...all through the night. Most staff is great but slow service is prevalent. Would stay again if i wanted to be in Hallandale.

Poor communication and service by hotel staff

The condo itself is beautiful. A great location, family friendly, clean, and convenient. The front desk attendant that checks you in is rude, and told us not to bring our young kids to any of their restaurants (listed as family friendly). There was clearly poor communication between her and the host in regards to all aspects of our reservation. Prepare to pay extra fees to use the pool that is closed half the time, to go to the beach that’s under construction, etc.

Beach!

Location was good. Walmart, liquor stores nearby (within walking distance). Location on the beach was quite nice. Drinks and food service at the beach very reasonably priced! Pool was clean and warm; towels were readily available: drinks were expensive (20 for a rum and coke). We did not eat at restaurant. Our balcony had an excellent view of ocean, Table and chairs on balcony were in very poor condition. We requested cushions and were told they do not have them. Wicker was falling apart, rather disappointed. 4 washcloths per unit: if you want extra, you pay. Limited number of supplies, probably the least of any VRBO I've stayed in. Location was not near any tourist area, if you want to go bar hopping or tourist shop walking this is not the area for you.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, facilities were decent.

Good Pool and Beach, Property Needs TLC

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pools were very nice and it was easy to find chairs. The view was beautiful, and the location right on the beach was a definite highlight.Unfortunately, the unit itself fell short. Cleanliness was lacking (smudges, hair, stains), and the oven was beeping non-stop. We had to turn off the breaker and have maintenance out, but the property manager was very responsive. The dishwasher stuck out from the counter and had to be pried open, but it functioned fine.The kitchen was a disappointment—despite being described as “fully equipped,” it had unusable cookware - of the two skillets, one was completely black on the bottom and the other didn’t sit flat. The property manager promptly brought us a new skillet upon request.Basic supplies were limited. We had only one garbage bag, half a roll of paper towels, a small dish soap, and one dishwasher tab, however the property manager did provide more upon request. It would have been nice to have pantry items like pepper or sugar.The master bedroom had flat or lumpy pillows, and the bathroom had a noticeable mildew smell. Check-in was frustrating, elevator wait times were long.The second bedroom had comfy beds and linens, and the unit was nice and quiet at night.With better upkeep and supplies, this property could offer a much more enjoyable experience, but the customer service was five stars and made a big difference in our stay.

Absolutely incredible experience! We didn’t need to leave the resort the entire time it had everything we could’ve asked for. The pool was beautiful, and the staff and bartenders were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were excellent, and we even got to enjoy a live DJ on Friday night, which made the atmosphere even more fun!The condo itself was stunning immaculately clean, stylish, and comfortable. Our host was an absolute gem! She responded immediately to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and stress-free stay.10/10 recommend!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved the space- great for 6 adults. Offering more than one card and 2 chairs for the beach would be more accommodating when promoting a 6 person room. Staff are not friendly.

The condo on the fourth floor has a beautiful ocean view and the management company was responsive. However, a few things make me not choose this location again. - Valet parking is the only option; the service is good but it added an unexpected expense. - The 89 non‑refundable damage fee feels excessive for minor replacements. - The unit was very poorly stocked with basics: one small trash can (in kitchen with no extra bags, no dish towels, and only 4 washcloths for 4 adults over 7 days (mgmt first offered more for a fee but they did provide 2 more. - I encountered a roach on day five; management said this can be normal for beach properties and would spray if another was seen. I chose to address it myself to prevent bringing any home. - An out‑of‑service elevator required a lengthy detour to access the condo, that’s listed in many of the reviews Lovely property and view, but these issues make me prefer a less expensive hotel for future stays

This Condo was breathtaking. The View was my favorite. I was able to see the Sunrise from the balcony perfectly. The Owners kept this place fully equipped for all your needs. I spent alot of time cooking and everything was available. I recommend 💯 percent. Would definitely rent again.

Only 1 elevator for whole tower. Very long wait times. Pool staff not friendly at all, always harassing with rules. Cheap new build structure, worn items in Condo. Dishwasher not properly installed. Cheap fixtures in Condo.

No hot water

The view was wonderful .we had no hot water for three days .we had to wait for maintenance daily only to be told they would try to fix it.There was one elevator for 42 floors.The view and the late checkout were a saving grace.I would not recommend this property.

Make sure on the extra fees outside of vrbo/rental companies/ and actual resort

The location and condo is great, but there were some surprises once we arrived. I would just suggest that you double check everything from price, all fees from all parties, and make sure they know how many people in party. We had four in our party when went through VRBO and then when arrived to check in the resort acted as if it was just me. They were rude and acted like it was maybe going to be a problem at first to add our other three in our group. Was unaware of that, and the extra resort fee separate from fees shown through VRBO/ rental company Zen.

Very nice property with great amenities

I gave this property an overall 5 star rating but I will start with the negative. The check-in process was poorly organized. We got there around 1 pm and were able to partially "check-in" recieving our resort bracelets and submitting our information. We were told to stop by the desk at 4 pm to pick up the room key and access the room. At 4 pm the check-in line was ridiculously LONG. There were a few of us who had competed the partial check in earlier that day and only needed 2 room keys. With 2 people working the counter the process was taking a long time. Management should immediately implement a process for the guest who complete the check-in process prior to 4 pm to pick up their room-key. This should be as simple as showing an ID and recieving the room key. The overall check-in process was rather lengthy as well and magnifies the overall issue. I will say that the manager George Martinez was very attentive to the issue once it was brought to his attention. He sis a great job straightening out the issue. I ran in to Mr. Martinez another time when I witnessed him being very professional and courteous to the guests. He is a very good manager. The rest of the stay was magnificent. The property is great. The pool and restaurant/bar is spectacular. Brunch and bottomless mimosas were fantastic. I failed to get the gentleman's name at the bar (tender) but he was fantastic as well. He was a rather tall gentleman, big props to the tall bar tender at the pool. He did a fantastic job! The lobby personnel were very kind as well. Overall great stay but please do get the check in process straightened out. It could really negatively affect one's stay by getting off to a rough start.
