“Great location for all of the Gainesville area. The condo was clean and well furnished. Excellent communication from the owner made it an enjoyable stay!”

“Very clean townhome with well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the using the pool.”

“Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so……

“This was the perfect place for us to stay while my dad was having surgery at the hospital, it’s only about a mile away, so it made it very convenient. Wonderful to have three bedrooms and a comfortable space to come back to each day. The home is cozy and was clean and welcoming.”

“N/A”

“Location of staying I was just a short drive to everything. Street it’s on is very peaceful. Outside of house needs a little TLC and needed more towels/ washcloths for guests. There was 5 of us (4 being girls) and only 6 towels/ washcloths. Communication with host was excellent from before, during, and after our trip.”

“Great spot”

“Very clean, parking good, close to a Publix, owner was quick to respond to any questions. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.”

“It was a very clean and beautiful property. They provide plenty of amenities so you don't need to bring that many items. The owners are great hosts and we appreciate that we were able to stay here. It is very close to uf and local eateries which made it sensible to walk. And as a added bonus there was cute cats visiting us.”
