“The room they checked me into was being worked on with drywall debris and equipment laying all around. Last time I stayed there the room was turned over everyday with fresh linen, but this time no turnover no cleaning and no fresh linens and we were there for four days! This stay was truly disappointing.”

“Wasn’t told when I booked the hotel was under renovation. When I arrived was told there were no rooms available on the first floor and the elevator was out of service. Stay was ok but felt ot was a bit of bait and switch.”
