"I was surprised by how great the room was, the staff and the extras. The room was well appointed, had a refrigerator and the staff was helpful. Great value and the room came with a $15 per day that could be used in the market place for food or drinks. I did have a need to have a repair on the faucet in the shower and they came quickly to fix the issue. A delightful experience in a very clean room, great location and helpful staff."

"Perfect location. Times Square is right there. Everything you need, included a parking garage, is right at the hotel. The subway is across the street. You can stay at this hotel and go anywhere around NY. It was clean. The staff was well trained and informed and professional. I found my hotel when I come to NYC and it’s this one. No need to go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend"

"The staff and the location of the New Yorker made for a perfect trip! Mohamed at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, as it was our 1st trip to NYC. The hotel location was central to everything we wanted to do and just a block from Madison Square Garden. Unbeatable for the price! We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, we really loved our stay. We had dinner at the Chart House and it was great! The view is perfect and staff are fantastic. We were only in town overnight so we did not get to check out the pool. Check out was seamless. Only complaints were really bad wine in lobby bar that I could not drink, and upon entering room it definitely had a more than faint smell of cigarettes. I feel confident they would have switched our room had I asked, but we were in a rush to make it to our dinner reservation. I really enjoyed being on that side of town with the pretty views of the boats and water. Just a quick uber to the beach side."
