"Clean. Fun happy hours but they could have better options for that. "

"From the moment you arrive, the experience feels off. The valet area was pitch dark, and the entrance was completely uninviting. The casino floor was dirty, with overflowing ashtrays, beer bottles, and empty drinks scattered everywhere. The spa was no better. The jacuzzi had visible grime, and the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in days. The steakhouse was mediocre at best, and the prices for food, drinks, and even basic convenience items were outrageously high. To make matters worse, several staff members were rude and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. I will not be returning. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"Internet was ok. Property is old so the steam pipes were making noises at night. Heater is at a constant temperature so if it's too hot you need to open the window slightly. Otherwise excellent location, times square is steps away. Easy access to public transit services."

"Exceeded expectations for the price of the room. We stayed in the Waterfront Towers and the room was nice, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Lots of food options and had a resort vibe. Had a great time!"

"This room was the worst ever for the price the heat was not working and I asked them to fix the first night and I left the door unlocked for them they never came it was 25 degrees that night so imagine It WAS SO COLD then it was so many mold and mildew in the tub the tables had crack in the the room was tiny and the view was directly in the back of building horrible all horrible for 500$ for two nights was crazy"

"Mattress was a bit uncomfortable but after 1 night I got used to it. Good location for a tourist and good value relative to other options. Would stay there again."
