「Unfortunately the room smelled as if it was smoked in; and there were brown sticky stains in the kids bedroom walls which did not appear on the property photos. Staff were kind enough to offer another room; but after a short time, and only stopping to use the bathroom for the kids - ultimately we handed back the keys and forfeited our non-refundable payment in full to spend the night elsewhere.」

「We arrived a little earlier than 3 and where informed our cabin would be ready by 3 pm and once we got our keys and went inside the cabin was very spacious and cleaned very well beds were very comfortable and all in all was a great place to stay at and will be definitely go back there again」

「I was travelling with my parents and their little dog and had a comfortable stay. Our two-bedroom cabin was spacious, clean and tidy. It was a little older than some of the newer cabins available, but we understood that only designated cabins are available for guests travelling with pets. The location was lovely and quiet, with easy access to the beach. Check-in was simple and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My only small criticism was the additional linen charge.
