"This was a gem of a stay, from the setting of the shepherd's hut, to the amazingly comfortable bed. Everything had a place due to clever design, and although a small space, the hut felt light & airy! The best thing was having breakfast outside in the morning and enjoying it in our own peaceful garden surrounded by the orchard...a magical slice of the West Country!"

"An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed! The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space. I just wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! The hosts even offered to provided a telescope to use for the clear nights, which was a very nice touch (we did bring our own) We will be returning again in the future."

"We were welcomed by the owner, she is extremely lovely and kind. She took time to show us round, explaining how to use the log burner and hot tub. We had an issue while there with the Wi-Fi not working and she responded to us straight away and sorted it for us very quickly. The lodge itself is beautiful and spacious. "Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special.
