“Overall, we had a relatively seamless and happy stay at this house and enjoyed our time on the south coast. The house is beautifully furnished, if a little tired in places. We had an issue with the hot water on arrival but the property managing company were efficient and communicative and the problem was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, this did leave us to discover that the security camera that is positioned over the patio and hot tub was streaming to a laptop inside the locked boiler cabinet.……

“Great lodge, location and facilities Cleaning was very disappointing- lodge was not cleaned when we checked in at 4.30pm and standard of cleaning was very poor ”

“We were blown away by this property! We had high expectations which were definitely met. It was a beautiful tardis, so many cool nooks and crannies, and differing spaces to hang out. All of the rooms were beautiful , comfortable and stylish. It was spotlessly clean throughout, bot a speck of dirt! Considering there were 8 adults who all love music, it was pretty quiet and the bedrooms are carefully spaced out. Cosy beds and bedding, loads of useful facilities. “Total shambles with checkin. I arrived for the allotted checkin wi Dow of 3/4pm to find no one there. I had not received any online communication wrt combination for key box and subsequently had to try to talk to TravelNest who were apparently the booking agent even though I booked through Hotels.Com. I had tried to touch base with the host previously but never got any reply. Travelnest finally got an answer and a cheery host called me without any apology the inconvenience. I couldn’t stay in……

“A really lovely place to escape the busyness of life. Quiet and no light pollution, we had amazing nights sleeps! Nicely kitted out property, we loved relaxing in the gorgeous lounge. Imagine it would be even nicer in summer! Hot tub was great though we could have done with a bit more information on how to use it more efficiently. A couple of towelling robes would have been a nice addition too! Overall a really great experience.”
