「Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.」

「The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.」

「Wonderful accommodation. Great communication from the owner, and the check-in process was very smooth. Everything was exactly as listed - the photos are very accurate.」

「It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay」

Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

「Excellent property for exploring the Waterfalls and surrounding area. Good facilities provided by Maria and friendly communication. Top Class.」

「My friends and I stayed at La Cantera for four nights and we could not stop talking about how perfect everything was! 「Hello,We had a very bad experience during our stay. There was no internet connection available, and since we didn't have internet data ourselves, we couldn't contact you or anyone else. When we finally managed to call the host, they asked us to turn the router off for 15 minutes, but the internet still did not work. This put us in a terrible and helpless situation. Please look into this matter."」
