“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“This was my first stay in a Hilton Home2 Suites hotel and I was delighted with my room. It was spacious and bright and clean and had a great little kitchen that was well supplied with dishes and utensils. I loved the couch also- so much more comfortable than the usual hotel chairs. I’d definitely stay in this chain again if available on my travels.”

“This was the WORST experience EVER! The only thing the room was missing was bedbugs. The floor was OILY! It smelled like stale cigarettes and pizza. There was hair on the toilet. The bathroom floor mat turned burn when I wiped the floor. The tub had nothing in it to stop me from slipping, so I put a towel down, the towel turned brown before I even stepped into the shower! There was DIRT on the wall by the bed, like someone who had repeatedly rubbed filthy oily clothes/body on it. When I asked……

“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also……

“I am not a complainer, by any means, but I cannot NOT post about our experience at this motel. We booked this motel at the last minute for a one-night stay in Saginaw this past weekend, based on price point and reading all the reviews online. The reviews were completely inaccurate. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude; we apparently interrupted her by checking in (at 3:00 in the afternoon). We paid our $70 and got our key, and she waved us onto our room.
