“I went there for my son’s birthday and before coming I looked at the previous reviews and you would think this property was amazing but that is NOT what I experienced. Upon my arrival I was not greeted not even a hello just “what’s the name?” Horrible customer service and I felt very unwanted. There was a huge roach in my room. The walls had what looked like nose burgers flicked all over the walls the fridge didn't work, and the sheets smelled and looked like they hadn't been changed in a long……

“My fiancé and I stayed here to attend a concert at the nearby fair grounds. The staff was extremely friendly as every single person said hello or good morning/afternoon/evening every time you passed them. The place was clean. The room was large and had a kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer with an icemaker and it had a real AC with a thermostat (not a minisplit or glorified windowshaker). Breakfast was a good, if fairly standard, hotel breakfast, and the options changed between the two……

“WOW !!!! Found the Hidden Gem!!! BOOK THE SUITE!!!! It's a full loft apartment ( w/o a stove). 1 1/2 baths, one up, one down stairs!! Beautiful Courtyard!! I love sitting on my balcony listening to travelers arrive and seeing them AWE at the beautiful garden and courtyard! Very nice Pool, cannot say enough about the wonderful staff!! 2 TVs. Clean Clean Clean!!”

“The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. ”
