“I purposely booked this property, instead of a B&B, with adjoining suites so our family could be together and move between rooms. Upon check in I was told they did not have adjoining rooms and they gave us the next best thing. Side by side rooms. This is the whole reason I booked this property. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, but very disappointed in the being mislead about the adjoining rooms.”

“This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. I hate I have to even tell them no we do not want to stay in a room type we didn’t book. Especially for how expensive it is. It’s not good guest service. Everything else is great, the……

“The lights in the closet were not working ”

“Our room had most annoying pipe noise that we literally left the TV on during the night . I wish the front staff would informed us a little more what the hotel offers we keep asking for information . Every thing was perfect ”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone……

“Shawna was GREAT and her customer service was incredible.. the unit was clean and nicely staged for comfort.. I wish the towel policy was different but I would definitely stay again even without the towels. ”

“The property did not have easy instructions to get into, the check in process was extremely confusing. Hallway smelled like trash because there was a large pile of trash sitting outside overnight. Apartment had broken items (strange broken painting randomly on floor). Not the worst place I've ever stayed but wouldn't recommend”

“The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience.”

“Horrible experience! The hotel address provided on my email turned out to be an abandoned building located next to an empty parking lot! I trued several times to communication with the hotel, but They did not answer their phone, NOT ONE TIME! I decided to google the hotel and another address showed up. We drove there in the Uber, when we got to tgat location again there was no such hotel in site. I called Expedia who was able to contact the hotel, I guess they only picked up the phone if it was……
