“Stayed here in the past,,this year was missing some kitchen item. Also just a suggestion but shelves are needed in the bathroom,,,not enough room for bathroom items”

“The room was clean and parking was great. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party. Additionally the hotel store was sold out of bottled water so we had to drive to the store for those supplies. The staff that was there for our stay were as kind and helpful as……

“We stayed in room #1. Room had a great view. Mini fridge stocked with drinks and breakfast. Honestly, this is one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed in the states. Will be back!”

“First of all, what wonderful staff BM has. Loved being able to bring my pups on our vacation. All our bedding was very clean. I put out the Do Not Disturb because of our pups and it was honored. Liked having the ice machine 24/7 available. It was nice to have the elevator”

“The room was very clean! All of the ammenties worked perfect. The bed was not comfortable, but was a good size (King). The parking lot is small, but we didn’t move our car after check-in so available spots were not a problem for us. Location was great to the beach and not too far of a walk from the boardwalk. I’d recommend staying again!”

“At check in and check out there were no notices regarding additional charges. After getting home, I was charged an additional $30.00 by the hotel with no notice, explanation or receipt for the charges. Additionally, don’t stay here if you don’t want to deal with people’s animals being everywhere.”

“My stay was good overall. I stayed for 3 nights with two toddlers, and we had a great experience. The room was clean, nice, and I loved that our view overlooked the pool. I also appreciated being on a lower floor since I had two toddlers with me—it made things much easier. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue I had was the smell in the room and how dry the air felt. There was a strange odor that never really went away, so I would often leave the door open to……

“We’ve been coming to OC for 25+ years and have stayed at The Hampton Inn ever since they opened. We always get our preference of a bay room, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We were a little apprehensive with it being a pet friendly hotel but there were no issues. We appreciate the fact that they have already remodeled when the hotel isn’t really that old. Pretty bummed though that the tiki bar has been removed 😔.”
