“Property was very run down. Smelled terrible and dirty. Pool was green. Pretty sure receptionist at check in was high on something. Ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Did not feel safe for my family and I to stay there.”

“I really hate writing negative reviews but have the honest. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the evening staff was super friendly upon check in and there’s free parking. Other than that terrible experience - it’s old, rundown and unclean. There was a cockroach in my room (housekeeping came to deal with it but just took it and left without saying anything or checking the rest of the room). No one checked in on the situation after that or offered any sort of consolation. When……

“Very nice Hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Be very careful when turning into the property. You need to be in the far right turn only lane and turn before the ramp to the expressway. Very dangerous if you don't know the turn is there before the expressway on ramp. Not the Hotel's fault, but should be noted for those not familiar with the area.”

“There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete……

“The Bar needs some life to it!!! Also the elevators needs to be upgraded with security, for example your card to your room should be use to get to the floor of your room. Anybody could to ride the elevator up a floor. Not safe!!!!!”
