"This hotel was so unexpectedly nice! Our "room" was practically the size of a studio apartment, given that it is a Residence Inn, we didn't expect it to have an actual living, kitchen, and dining space on top of the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Would totally stay here again. "

"dirty sheets with black hairs in the bed, only 2 lights worked, tv did not work and the staff said none of them worked, he lied to me, black feet or socks when you walk around form dirty floor, shower and sink did NOT drain - disgusting for the shower. shower had gunk and hairs in it. towels smelt weird and felt dirty, different color and shaped towels. non-smoking room def smelled like cigarette smoke, all my clothes smelled like it afterward. no amenities available, but stale coffee and plain bagel. hotel staff was more occupied hanging outside with people then helping customers. Literally one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in, also a lot of crime activity around going on, felt very unsafe when by myself "
