"Me and my family had a wonderful time and and there was so much to do in the resort and out. However the only gripe was the fact that the cottages stay at 75 degrees and cannot be lowered which makes for hot nights when you sleep."

"The room was cozy, but the staff here was exceptional! I had some crazy travel stuff come up, and I called the front desk, and they moved my stay for free. Then, once I got there, the front desk staff was wonderful! I can't even describe with accuracy how kind she was! I got in at 7 AM the morning after I was supposed to check in, so there was a problem in the system checking me in, so she took my luggage so I wouldn't have to carry it, offered me breakfast, told me I could wait in the lobby, or go explore Florida. When I came back, she had the room ready for me. The breakfast ladies are so kind! And they also didn't charge me for the night that I missed because of my flight "
