Room was very clean and spacious, it’s has dryer and washer in unit. Amenities are excellent, pool, playground for kids and it also has grill areas outside. There is activities for kids and adults every day. Location is perfect it is near to any Disney location, 5 minutes drive from Animal Kingdom. It also have plenty of parking at no extra charge. The price is unbeatable. We will definitely come back and really recommend this hotel.

Everything was EVERYTHING. From the different options of pools (kiddy pool, larger pool, jacuzzi, & a separate pool if you don't want to be round others), game room for all ages, nice clean gym, small restaurant/gift shop on property with great food, staff was very respectable and catered to whatever you needed. Disney was on a 10 minute drive for my family. My children did not want to leave (me either).

Not a bad place, but could use some updates and renovations. The vent fan in our bathroom was leaking water (probably from above unit). Staff came over pretty quickly (this was after 10pm, so bonus points for that), but never fixed the problem, and never spoke to us about it again. We had also noted the unit smelled a little bit, like there was stagnant air. Let them know about it but never addressed. Also there was only one garbage can in unit (in bathroom, none in kitchen). Overall I think the place was nice but they do have some things to address.

Let me start with the positives: The staff was kind and the room was a nice size. The pool was also very nice. Now for the not so positive: One big thing that wasn’t mentioned to me when booking the room or upon check-in was that housekeeping services were not included. If I wanted housekeeping services during my 4 night stay, it would cost extra. That seemed pretty ridiculous to me. You also had to take out your own trash. I saw a huge cockroach in my bathroom as well. The wi-fi was also very spotty and didn’t work well, making it hard to use my laptop or steam a tv show.

The only downside was having to sit down with a guest service person to obtain a parking pass and made to listen to their spiel about a time share opportunity that would only take 90 minutes of my time and not accepting my "no" the first time. In this marketing attempt I was asked, loudly in the middle of the lobby, if I was married or single. Completely inappropriate question, I don't care if it's part of the marketing or not, that question places guests at a greater risk for safety/security issues. This question needs to be remedied so that your guests feel safe while on your property. Your sales people also need to take "no" as the answer the first time it is given.
