"Needed a room for few nights at short notice, reception area and pool area are very clean and pleasant. Staff are super helpful and friendly, but limited English, though I speak Spanish so not a big problem for me, I can't recommend learning some basic Spanish, you'll get a lot more if you try. Only issue is trying to amend booking via Hotels.com app,, Hotel are not quick or responsive via 3rd party messaging, and App no longer supports human interaction, only Virtual agent support, so there's that!! Rooms are basic, a bit tired and a little souless, but no worse than a Travelodge in UK, but they're clean, have aircon and ceiling fan, shower is questionable unless you enjoy a clingy shower curtain, but again clean and functional. All in all a good choice, and meets my needs for now. "
