“It is an interesting property with lots of outdoor deck space. Inside there is a comfortable living room. The beds are older and not made to support someone who is 200 lb or more (I purchased a blow up air mattress). The kitchen is well provisioned. I was there for work so did not explore the lake, it looks a bit swampy near the house. You need to bring your own boat to do this.”

“Our trip was a blast! The place was exactly as described, clean, and easy to find. We managed to sleep 10 people comfortably for 3 nights. The owner was generous enough to allow us to use their personal pontoon which was much simpler and convenient than renting through a 3rd party. Great weekend, highly recommend staying here!”

Patio during the day, pool and game room in the evening. So many options for sleeping arrangements. Quiet neighborhood. We all were curious about the history of the house whether it was original floor plan or added on. Great conversation piece. Rice Lake was close for shopping and we did a scavenger hunt that……

“This home was perfect. We had a sisters trip with a teenager and toddlers as well as a high energy dog. The property was peaceful and felt like we were staying in a private park. There was lots of space for people to spread out or congregate. My high energy dog loved it because he had lots of space to explore as well as play, I only put him on a leash at night just to be safe because we heard coyotes. We enjoyed the black stone and the fire pit. I will definitely come back, even if it’s just me!”

With the stairs leading up to the house, I would not recommend this house to anyone having to use a walker or wheelchair. Fortunately, no one staying there had that issue.”

“Nice cabin, lots of extras. Right on the lake. Lots of birds and woodpeckers. Had a problem with heat instructions- when we got there it was rainy and cold. Had to get in touch with Jason. He told us how to turn the heat on after we sat in the cold for four hours! Next 2 days weather was per. Would recommend and would stay again!”
