Spacious apartment near Milan Centrale, also served by #5 and 10 tram. 5-8 minute walk to train station. Apartment is cleaned once for our 5 day of stay, which is not a problem for us. Kitchen and washing machine is available for use ( but we didn’t have an opportunity to use it). Good value.

This is a fully equipped apartment in a local residential building. Safe and quiet. Near the Central Station and Metro stations. I had a very good stay in this property.

Pretty convenient access to main train station, and Metro---about 5-10 min walk. Clean, pretty large, well-equipped apartment. Only reservation is the fold-out beds: i had entire bed to myself, so could pick comfortable spot---might(?) not have been so true for two in the bed??

The apartment is good. Spacious for one bedroom. Very clean. Tankless water heater broken first day, meaning only 45 seconds of hot water then quickly cold. Stayed broken all four nights and five days. Seems like repair is more major than ability to same day fix after talking to property manager first day.

I absolutely enjoyed my trip to Milano and having this place made it sweeter. Maurilia was very helpful and detailed about the property leading up to my arrival. The apartment was very clean with everything you would need to feel at home. Location was prime! 10 minute walk to Stazione Milano Centrale where you can catch a taxi, bus, train, scooter/bike to get around all of Italia. There are several stores nearby with decent pricing for groceries to stock up the apartment kitchen and a variety of restaurants for dining in or takeout. If you are one to complain about noise, this may not be for you. I travel with earplugs so any disturbances that happen during sleep hours did not affect me. Highly recommend this place. I will consider again if and when I return to Milano

Fantastic otherwise.

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and spacious. We only had a problem with the shower, some times the boiler will shut off a minute after getting in the shower, this is horrible, It happened to me a couple of times, but that's enough not to want to have to do it again.

The property was open and not cleaned when we checked in at 4 pm. Cleaning person entered the property without knocking while we were changing. When we left the property for a few hours and returned back, the property has been opened. Cleaning person was forcing his way in the following day and would not leave even after multiple times of informing him to please leave. Police had to be called as this turned into an unsafe situation. Bathroom was filthy. Bedsheets were dirty and stained all over. We had to buy detergent and wash them in order to sleep there. There were water bottles and clothing underneath the sofa. No toilet paper was provided during the stay or dishwashing soap, no paper towels and only 2 towels for three people. Stay away from this place and it is not safe.

Espaçoso e bem localizado

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O apartamento é bem localizado, fica perto de onde a gente precisava, a estação de trem o shuttle para o aeroporto. A comunicação também foi muito boa, sempre nos respondiam rápido. O apartamento é grande e espaçoso. O aquecimento não está funcionando, mas tem ar condicionado na sala e no quarto, que aquecem muito bem. Apenas algumas ressalvas, informamos que chegaríamos às 16:30 e às 17:00 quando chegamos ainda havia uma mulher lá dentro fazendo a limpeza. O aquecimento não está funcionando e quando chegamos, era um dia frio, e esta mulher estava com o ar condicionado ligado no frio, por causa disso ficamos por muito tempo com frio até conseguir aquecer o apartamento. Nos desagradou um pouco também a água, muito difícil de se controlar, principalmente nas torneiras. Apenas para facilitar a vida dos hóspedes, poderiam também retirar as panelas que não servem para o fogão, que é de indução. Algumas vezes, coloquei algum alimento pra preparar em alguma dessas panelas e depois tinha que trocar porque a panela não servia. retirar essas panelas poupariam ao hóspede o trabalho de ter que lavar panelas a mais sujs sem necessidade. Creio que são coisas simples de se resolver e recomendo o apartamento. Ficaria nele novamente em uma próxima viagem.
