Great place to stay, the Peruvian front desk woman was very friendly, professional, and communicative. The place was amazing, they have a pool and a gym!! I totally recommend this place. Be careful with your personal belongings as you leave the hotel. Hold your items closely.

Good location. A few minutes walk to the tram station that takes you all the way to Duomo. So happy about that. I had to go to first floor to iron my clothes though. Staff was was very helpful!

Loved Alicia I believe it was. She was kind and some of the other older gentlemen were rude. The room I had was nonsmoking and I came to a room that stank of smoke but the front desk lady immediately switched me out. There was mold in the bathroom for the second room.

The lobby looked clean and modern, however, our room was in a poor condition. The air conditioner was leaking to the floor and kept dripping on us every time we walked into the bathroom. We complained twice and the staff were not responsive. Overall, the property was good, however, our experience with the leak and the non-responsiveness from the staff was disappointing.
