I run a business, so I try not to leave bad reviews; however, this was a horrible situation. We booked it months ago to be our last night before we flew out of Milan (it is close to the airport). A day prior to check in, I messaged the host about checking in and parking. No one got back to me. We showed up at checkin time and no one was there. We waited 20 minutes, tried calling the number, but no luck. We decide just to book a hotel. We did not want to spend our last night outside of what looked like a dirty workshop that smelled like urine.

Logement dans un sous sol sans ouverture ext. Tres humide, vetements humides apres une nuit. Equipements recents mais pas de refrigerateur, peu de vaiselle ni bouilloire, plaque induction et télévision que nous navons pas pu utiliser. Attente 1 h devant le logement avant que nous puissions entrer.. je ne conseille pas.
