The room was great! It is in an excellent location, close to Milan Duomo. Check in was easy. Bit loud outside with the road noise but they provided complimentary earplugs made it a non issue

The entrance looks a little weird because is an old building and they run other hotels business in the same place but when I told you the room is great is because it really is ... very modern, spacious, clean and you can't beat the location ... literally 2 blocks away from the Duomo and stores .... really easy to get from Milano centrale ... I really recommend this place ...

This was a very comfortable room, very close to the Duomo, the metro and with cafes and restaurants close by as well. Because of a flight delay, we were not able to check in until 2am and someone was there within minutes to take us to our room.

Excellent location! We enjoyed everything about our stay. The air conditioning didn’t work as it was supposed to. We never called anyone to correct. Too tired to care. Location was amazing and check in was simple. Parking was also very close. 5 minute walk. We would stay here again for sure

The building itself is old, but the room has been renovated beautifully—surprisingly so—and was spotless with all necessary amenities. The location couldn’t be better. Since no staff are stationed on-site, you need to ring the bell outside the entrance (which isn’t immediately obvious) and wait several minutes for check-in, so it’s best not to schedule anything too tightly around your arrival. Once the staff member arrives, they are friendly and helpful, and afterwards you can enter the building freely with a key card. For check-out, you simply leave the key by the pillow and go. The only thing I wondered about was how quickly they would respond in case of an emergency outside business hours, but I never had the need to test this because the room was perfect and trouble-free. There is a small, antique-style one-person elevator located about ten steps up from the entrance. Overall, it was a place that genuinely made me think, ‘I want to stay here again the next time I visit this city.

Great location, great room

My experience was really good there. Very clean room with coffee machine, kettle and teabag, water... The room and the washroom was super clean. The check-in process is kind of weird as they are not at the place, but that's not a big deal. The only bad thing is that this place has a tiny elevator only for luggages and that's available after about 10 steps which is really annoying when you have heavy luggage.

The location of the hotel was excellent, under a minute walk to the duomo. Checkin is a bit tricky since there is no reception but people were pretty helpful. The room was big and clean, but no working elevator. We did not mind walking up and down the stairs since we packed light. There is some noise at night and they provide earplugs if needed which we did not need. Excellent place overall, would stay again!
