Wonderful new 2-room apartment, located in the Porta Nuova district, which is home to the most futuristic buildings in Milan, 200 meters from Central Station and 5 minutes from Piazza Gae Aulenti. Equipped with every comfort: LED lighting, heated floor, air conditioning. A large living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen and large double bedroom. Wooden floors, en-suite bathroom with vertical shower/hydromassage and fiber optic internet connection.

SPACE:

The two-room apartment is the result of a complete renovation and is equipped with every comfort: LED lighting, heated floors, air conditioning. Extremely bright, it boasts double exposure and is completely windowed.
Located on the first floor, it has a large living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a full size double bed. Natural hardwood floors throughout the home.
The apartment is completed by the en-suite bathroom with vertical shower/hydromassage and comfortable wardrobes for longer stays.

The apartment is at the complete disposal of guests and is located on the first floor with lift in a beautiful 1970s building. You will live immersed in the exclusive atmosphere of Milan and will be able to savor the magic of the city of the Duomo, the Navigli, fashion and design!

The apartment has a professional hotel-level service for cleaning and linen, sanitized and supplied sealed at each change. Disposable bathroom, kitchen and detergent sets are available to guests. City Tax: € 6,30 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

Property was conveniently located for what we wanted to do. We needed to have a laundry which the unit had. However, we forgot to ask about detergent and they had none and we did not bring any. The apartment was bright, but a bit dusty. A good thing to know: heat starts on Oct 15 in Milan- it is regulated by the city.
