「It is an unusual "hotel" as there is no staff after 6 pm. I had use of two keys and code with which to get through the front door of the bldg, into the Suites front door, and into my room. It worked, but felt awkward. My biggest complaint was about inadequate bedding. It was too thin, and there were no blankets in the closet or drawers, and no desk to request assistance. Also the water was never warmer than two is d.」

「Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.」

「Based on the reviews, I was expecting more. I think ‘hotel’ is a bit of a stretch. There’s no permanent reception, just rooms. It’s well located, it was clean and the shower was hot. However, the furniture is incredibly basic, the bedding is cheap, and even with the curtains drawn its light and there is a lot of street noise - they do provide earplugs. If I was feeling ungenerous, I would say it has a private hostel feel. Perhaps I misunderstood the listing and previous reviews - luckily we were...

"飯店距離米蘭中央車站很近（約10分鐘內），只是一開始有點不太好找（開車），附近有地鐵2號/3號線，交通也很方便！房間空間很棒也很乾淨，工作人員態度友善熱心，提醒房間冰箱內的飲料是要付費的，記得加入會員可以折抵飲料費用喔！不過停車部分最好先詢問飯店，我們去的時候好像剛好施工不能停（平時好像車位也有限）；整體來說非常推薦，下次來還會想再住的！"
