「Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.」

「We had a such a great time in this rental property. The view is phenomenal! With the jacuzzi, wow! My friends and I fished the whole day and we we're catching fish left and right! So fun! The place is neat, and well taken care of. Spacious parking, and plenty of space inside and out. Overall experience at this place is 10 out of 10 stars! For sure we'll be back sooner than expected!」

「There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks!」

What I got was nesting eagles in the tree out my window, a nightly roaring fire with ample wood supply, super responsive host, welcome wine and snacks, comfortable beds and high end baths, white linens and privacy. 「We stayed for an extended time with work and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 4 adult. Jason was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Accessing the house was a breeze and the extra upgrades in the upstairs bathroom were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.」

「This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. We would definitely recommend staying here.」

We had family from CA, TX, ND, and FL all meet up in IA for a family Celebration of Life. 9 adults total, and with three separate gathering areas, plenty of space to spread out. 「What a wonderful property! If you love to fish, this is the place for you. We caught tons of fish during our stay. Nice bluegills, enormous bass and even a catfish. The sights and sounds of nature were amazing. The cabin was homey and large enough for my family of five. The shuffleboard table and poker table were our entertainment after the long day of fishing. Just an all around pleasant experience!」
