    Breezy Meadow One - here it is - a charming custom built cottage less than a mile south of the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Guests can view the Dreams Park fireworks from the deck. Come and enjoy outside dining and relaxing. A 10 x 16 rear deck overlooks 4 acres of manicured lawn with a scenic pond. Unwind and enjoy fresh country air. This cozy 2 bedroom home has a queen bed in each bedroom - a perfect choice for a family of 2 - 4 people.

    For friends who want to stay nearby, check out Breezy Meadow Two, a separate 2 bedroom cottage on the same property.

    Are you looking for fishing fun? The Susquehanna River is at the edge of the property – a great fishing area.

Awesome little place

Breezy Meadow One was a great place for us to stay. Very close to ballpark so we could drive home daily to see family. Place has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Would recommend this highly.

Our stay has been great. Don And Ginny are so nice and welcoming. Breezy One was perfect for my mom and I while my son stayed at dreams park. It’s only 1.5 miles away from the park so it was a convenient location to go back between games if there was a longer gap between games.

House is great! Clean well maintained and just the right size. We were of course for the Baseball experience so we didn’t need much more than a place to rest. The view was fantastic and so beautiful. Thank you so much.

This tiny house was everything we needed and more. The views were spectacular, the house was super clean, and the laundry area was tidy with supplies available. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the Cooperstown area. The house is literally one minute from the field and you can hear the cheering from the park on your back porch.

Fabulous property, tremendous hosts

We were absolutely thrilled with this cozy cabin RIGHT DOWN THE STREET from dreams park. It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.
