"We have stayed many times over the past several years. During this stay the TV did not work properly, one lamp had a light bulb out, and so m e corner wall moulding was peeling away from the wall. We informed the front desk 15 minutes after checking in, and requested service ftom maintenance or a room chang. We were informed that maintenance had already gone home for the day (4:15) and there was nothing they could do. We were also informed they did not have any additional rooms to move us to. We never recieved any service or assistance from the staff. This was very disappointing"
