“Room was perfect for our family. We were moving from JC and it had all that we needed while preparing to move out of our home.”

“The accessible bathroom had some issues. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, the shower allowed water to flood the bathroom floor, and the shower caused the shower curtain to intrude into the shower space to the extent that it was not usable.”

“The staff are very nice, the room needed a bit of help though. Sort of dirty, dog hair on the bed. The room was a little stinky. But other than that everything was great.”

“The rooms were clean, parking was convenient, the desk clerk was very helpful. The morning breakfast was delightful. However, on the first night I somehow got into a handicap room with a noisy air conditioner. The motel was fully booked the first night, so I did not mention it. The next day I visited with the hotel manager and she arranged for me to move to a different room. The 2nd room checked all the boxes; quiet, clean, and comfortable.”

“For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.”

“The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!”

“The hotel was a convenient place to stay. However, upon arrival it took them about 40 minutes to get me checked in. It was already late about 9:30pm.”

“The first room assigned I walked in and the AC was off and the room wasn't cleaned. It was 100 degrees outside. Got assigned a second room on 3rd floor with no elevator, room ok, but AC was set at 60 and room didn't get below 78 degrees, so it ran constantly. As I was leaving and checked under the bed for my stuff, there was clothing and trash from previous stays. And the 3rd floor was hot and smelled like dirty diapers.”
