“The shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and generous, the check-in was smooth and pleasant. The manor is in a good location, quiet & beatutiful, you can walk to most of the scenic spots in Winchester. The breakfast was delicious, and we also met other friendly customers to enjoy a good breakfast together. A highly recommended B&B.”

“We had a lovely stay and were made to feel extremely welcome. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance from town and close to multi-storey carpark, which was useful. There was a great selection for breakfast and it was possible to choose what you wanted for a cooked breakfast. Fantastic, quirky stay with mugshots of criminals lining the walls and prison doors into rooms. Would definitely stay again”

“It was a great stay at Queens Road, the host was welcoming and very knowledgeable to assist with the area. The room was clean, tidy and had a lot of amenities. If you want a check in with minimal contact this is a great way to do it. The venue is also great if visiting people at the hospital and the university. It is so close by. I was extremely impressed with the amount and variety provided on the breakfast tray. If you are happy with carbs for breakfast this was fantastic. If you……

Knocked 1 star off service not because there was anything wrong but just seems odd to say it was excellent when my only interaction consisted if being issued with a key. “The hotel, pub was absolutely perfect. The staff were excellent especially Tarik excuse me if not spelt correctly. All staff were extremely attentive. Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back.”
