“The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in.”

“Jason and Michelle are excellent host and respond quickly for what ever is needed. Other owners in the park were friendly and shared a lot of information with our group. The site was located over the water and was quiet and peaceful. Overall we were well pleased with our stay and would recommend to others.”

Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat.……
