"Me and the wife was expecting the Washington suite which is in the main manor. The pictures of the room clearly shows the arched windows of the house. We went there for the experience of the Manor. What we got was there so called suite room which was a basement under the house. I overlooked that. "We booked a King room but did not get that. Only Queens were available. My daughter's room was also supposed to be a King and she had 2 Fulls instead. Toilet was loose, drain on both the bathtub and sink didn't drain properly. Bathtub drain was broke off too. Remote for the tv was not the right one and didn't work. No mini fridge in any rooms. Pool was out of order for maintenance. The only chair in the room was a cheap office chair without arms. Breakfast was ok but I would never pay $15 for it if I wasn't staying there. However, AC worked fantastic."

"People next door were loud in and out all night smoking weed couldn't sleep puking at 5 am was worst experience ever! When notified staff about incident and issues there was no remorse not a care in the world! Will definitely never stay there or another four seasons again!!!"

"The rooms were not clean. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before there was someone at the front desk. When informed of the wait, he merely said nothing and began to check me in. "

"Debbie is absolutely the best! She went above and beyond to help me with several questions I had. She definitely was a highlight to our stay. The hotel is decorated beautifully and very clean! They put allot of money and hard work renovating this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful bed is comfy. We loved it here and will for sure be staying there again! Keep up the great customer service and your beautiful hotel! PS if you ever wanna get rid of the silver plush couch near the check in area I'll take it!!! 😘😘"

"The pool and main beds were nice, but that’s about the only positive. The shower was very disappointing — the shower curtain was visibly dirty, there was hair in the tub, and the water pressure was extremely low. We also planned to use the pull-out couch since the beds felt a bit small, but it was unusable. When we opened it, the mattress had crumbs, hair, and debris on it. We ended up making a pallet on the couch with extra blankets, but those also had a lot of hair stuck in them. We had read good reviews, so we were really disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room."
