“This is a charming house and was close to everywhere we wanted to see and everything we wanted to visit. The property owners even came and cleaned the sidewalks for us after it snowed. We would definitly stay here again!”

“Cute, cozy, comfortable guesthouse prefect for our anniversary weekend. Very quiet. Nice lake view while sitting in the hot tub, which has privacy screens on sides. Though we never saw the neighbors. Lots of outdoor seating locations. Firepit & outdoor heater. Very clean & inviting. Above & beyond with what's available in the kitchen. Great communication with host.House is far into peninsula, like a 10min drive from main county road. We felt this road was very winding and hard to see where we……

“Perfect accommodations for 4-couples. We all had our own bathroom, king sized beds. Enjoyed the fire pit. Very clean. This was our second time staying because everything was nice, clean and a good location. Would highly recommend. See you again in a few years for our next friend’s reunion. ”

“Fees were added after commitment to stay was made. I not sure If that was Vrbo or host. However, Advertising for place was not accurate as included pics of basketball court but after commitment, in the welcome message they said it was not included. Stay was ok but poor lighting and heating/ac was horrible. Did not sleep well due to over heating. Would not stay here again. ”

“The check in time is listed as 4pm, but in very small print down below it is 4-6pm. They do not have an electonic key pad check in like every other place we have stayed. If you miss this window they may let you check in later but can (and did for us) cancel our entire weekend stay and they kept all of our money. They would not even let us check in the next day. ”

“The owners were super nice. The house was spacious and super clean. Has full frig, microwave, washer/dryer, and tv. The queen bed was not the most comfy but was adjustable. There is a firepit on the property but we only stayed one night so we didn't have time to use it. The location is quiet but located 30 miles from anything on a curvy road. ”

“If you are heading to KC for a sports event at Arrowhead or Kauffman - this is the place!!! We got in Arrowhead (and out) crazy fast for the Husker game. Tiny bathroom, but other than that no real complaints. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at the Apothecary Guesthaus in Hermann! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a thoughtful, welcoming layout. Everything felt high-end—from the furniture and bedding to the towels, shampoo, and conditioner. Stacey was wonderful and gave great recommendations for shops and restaurants, which made the trip even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect, right in the heart of Hermann.
